Two Jira queries run weekly — all BILL project tickets plus CUSTESC tickets with the Billing prefix. A keyword classifier applies 769 signals across 12 atom categories. Each signal is a regex pattern ("can't pay", "checkout blocked", "bad debt banner") that maps to exactly one category.
The classified output flows into the billing knowledge graph as signal and observation nodes. The brain's metric system tracks weekly counts per category. The overlay system connects individual ticket evidence to graph nodes, grounding every claim in real data.
When we say bad debt dropped, the digest proves it. When we say checkout is the top pain point, the digest shows it. 28 weeks of evidence, updated every Monday.
